De omzet groeide gestaag, maar aan het einde van elke maand was er steevast stress: te weinig cash om leveranciers te betalen. Geen ingewikkelde dashboards, maar een groot whiteboard in de kantine: links de verwachte inkomsten, rechts de uitgaven per week. Elke vrijdagmiddag werd het bord ge\u00fcpdatet met input van verkoop, inkoop en administratie. Het team begon zelf te signaleren waar geld vastzat. De binnendienst ontdekte dat ze klanten met structureel te late betalingen te veel krediet gaven. Leveranciers kregen heldere afspraken.
