Hij maakte een eenvoudig Excel-overzicht met drie kolommen: binnenkomend, uitgaand, saldo. De stress verdween, en de gesprekken met klanten werden zakelijker en professioneler. \u201cIk ben geen bank,\u201d zei hij lachend.
