De kwaliteit was goed, maar het aantal inschrijvingen daalde. Concurrenten boden online modules aan, terwijl haar team bleef vasthouden aan \u201cpersoonlijk contact\u201d. Ze gebruikte Zoom en Canva om een digitale leerervaring te cre\u00ebren. De eerste sessie liep rommelig, maar leverde verrassend veel positieve reacties op. Vervolgens nam ze feedback van deelnemers serieus en verbeterde de volgende ronde.
