De een was technisch, de ander commercieel. Maar elke beslissing eindigde in discussie. Het team voelde de spanning. De oudste focuste voortaan op klanten en strategie; de jongste op productie en team. Ze communiceerden dit helder naar iedereen. Medewerkers spraken weer met \u00e9\u00e9n stem.
