Alles liep via hem \u2014 beslissingen, klantcontact, prioriteiten. \u201cIedereen kijkt naar mij voor toestemming,\u201d klaagde hij. Medewerkers mochten voortaan zelfstandig keuzes maken zolang ze die deelden in het teamoverleg.
