Daardoor liep alles via hem, hij werkte avonden door, en groei blokkeerde. Teamleden voelden zich decor. Elke maand kreeg \u00e9\u00e9n medewerker een podium op LinkedIn en op de site (\u201cVraag Lotte over retailconcepten\u201d, \u201cBel Yassine als je horeca bent\u201d). Dat gebeurde niet. Na een kwartaal liepen kleinere trajecten volledig buiten hem om, waardoor hij tijd kreeg voor grotere deals met betere marge. Les: schaalbaarheid vraagt ego loslaten. Als alles via jou loopt, ben jij de bottleneck in marketing \u00e9n sales.
