CRM werd half ingevuld. Marketing klaagde dat ze geen input kregen voor cases. Sales klaagde dat marketing \u201cniets levert wat werkt\u201d. De directeur voelde dat iedereen hard rende, maar dat het totaal niet schaalde. Elke maandag 30 minuten: welke vacatures zijn nu het moeilijkst te vullen, welke klant heeft haast, waar zitten knelpunten? Dat werd de marketingfocus voor die week. Geen algemene posts meer, maar doelgerichte oproepen (\u201c3 lassers gezocht in regio X binnen 5 dagen, vaste ploeg, extra toeslag weekend\u201d). Maar na zes weken werd duidelijk: minder ruis, sneller matchen, meer snelheid richting klant. De les: groei vraagt niet per se m\u00e9\u00e9r salesmensen, maar gezamenlijke focus op waar het n\u00fa brandt. Structuur is geen bureaucratie. Structuur is tempo.
