De \u00e9\u00e9n was strak met calculatie, de ander deed alles op gevoel, de derde hield niks bij. De eigenaar wilde groeien en meerdere projecten tegelijk draaien, maar elk project voelde als een nieuw bedrijf met nieuwe regels. Ieder nieuw project begon voortaan met hetzelfde uur: wie is de klantcontactpersoon, wie bestelt materiaal, wie checkt uren en meerwerk, hoe wordt voortgang gemeld. Iedereen in de keten moest erbij zitten, inclusief werkvoorbereider. De eigenaar zat er n\u00edet meer bij, tenzij echt nodig. Monteurs meldden minder chaos op locatie. En: de eigenaar kon tegelijk twee extra verbouwingen aannemen zonder zelf dagelijks langs te hoeven. Les: schalen is meestal geen softwarevraag, maar een afstemoefening. E\u00e9n vast startmoment met het hele team haalt later een hoop gedoe weg.
