Vasthouden niet. Na een eerste traject vertrokken klanten vaak weer. Elk project voelde eenmalig. Daardoor bleef het bedrijf in jachtmodus: continu nieuwe klanten najagen om lege plekken op te vullen. Vast tarief, vaste contactpersoon. Intern kregen 2 medewerkers de rol van \u201cklantbewaker\u201d in plaats van \u201ccreatief vuurwerk gooier\u201d. Niet allemaal, maar genoeg om vaste maandelijkse omzet te bouwen. Dat gaf lucht in planning en cashflow. Les: echte schaalbaarheid zit vaak in herhaalbaarheid. Als je alleen maar custom werk doet zonder vervolg, dan cre\u00eber je steeds opnieuw stress.
