Matchkwaliteit bleef goed. Belangrijker: nieuwe mensen leerden sneller wat hij jarenlang alleen in zijn hoofd had. Les: opschalen is je beoordelingssysteem zichtbaar maken. Zolang het alleen \u201cjouw gevoel\u201d is, kun je nooit borgen. Zodra het uitgesproken regels zijn, kan je team jouw kwaliteit kopi\u00ebren.
