Geen locatie = niet online. Klinkt saai, maar het is discipline. De les: groei is niet \u201cmeer toevoegen\u201d. Groei is \u201cmeer leveren wat je belooft, elke keer opnieuw.\u201d Borgen van kwaliteit is soms belangrijker dan versnellen van assortiment.
