Reden: \u201cEr is hier geen duidelijkheid, iedereen doet maar wat.\u201d Ondertussen wilde het bedrijf groeien, maar als je geen mensen kunt houden, kun je ook niet opschalen. Niet: \u201czoek het maar uit in de bus met Piet\u201d, maar: dag 1: veiligheidsinstructie en materialen; dag 2: meedraaien met senior; dag 3: klantcommunicatie oefenen (\u201czo leg je uit wat je doet\u201d); dag 4: administratiesysteem; dag 5: evaluatie met leidinggevende. Dit werd standaard. Het verloop daalde. Daarmee kon het bedrijf w\u00e9l doorgroeien naar extra ploegen zonder constant gaten te vullen. Les: borgen zit in hoe je nieuwe mensen binnenlaat. Elke nieuwe collega die blijft, is groeikracht. Elke die vertrekt, is lek.
