Lekker voor de ego, slecht voor schaal. Cashflow was grillig. Hij kon niets overdragen, want elk gesprek was anders. Niet langer losse sparsessies, maar \u201cgroeisessies per MT\u201d met een vast format: 2 uur met het hele managementteam rond drie vragen (focus, team, cashflow). Hij rekende een pakketprijs per maand en verplichtte dat altijd minimaal twee mensen van de klant aanwezig waren. De ondernemer zelf kreeg schaal, want hij hoefde niet vijf keer hetzelfde verhaal apart te vertellen. Les: borging bij de klant is \u00f3\u00f3k borging bij jezelf. Als de kennis alleen in het hoofd van \u00e9\u00e9n directeur blijft hangen, is jouw impact tijdelijk. Als het team meedoet, ontstaat structurele verandering \u2013 en structurele omzet.
