Elke klant kreeg een kwartaalgesprek over forecast, betalingsafspraken met grote debiteuren, en risico\u2019s in kosten. Geen jaarrekening-praat. Niet allemaal, maar de juiste klanten wel \u2013 de ondernemers die w\u00e9l willen sturen. Daarmee kwam het kantoor eerder aan tafel en kreeg het hogere advieswaarde.
