Lekker vaag. Klinkt sjiek, niemand weet wat je koopt. Maar de klanten die ze w\u00e9l aannamen, pasten perfect. Minder miscommunicatie, meer doorloop, meer abonnementen op onderhoud. Les: propositie kiezen = ook durven kiezen wat je n\u00edet meer doet.
