Iedereen hing de hele dag aan de lijn met klanten om dezelfde drie vragen uit te leggen. Elke vrijdagmiddag 30 minuten: welke vraag kregen we deze week >3 keer? Van die vraag wordt direct een korte uitlegvideo of \u2018hoe-doe-je-dat\u2019-stapplan gemaakt, in simpele taal en met screenshots. Die content komt standaard mee in de welkomstmail voor nieuwe klanten. Nieuwe klanten kwamen sneller zelfstandig op gang, dus minder frustratie aan beide kanten. Belangrijk: medewerkers voelden meer grip in plaats van \u201cik ben een helpdesk-slaaf\u201d. Les: discipline betekent soms: we bouwen een antwoord \u00e9\u00e9n keer goed en gebruiken dat voortaan standaard. Niet stoer, wel slim.
