Therapeuten liepen daardoor uit. De dag liep steeds scheef. Aan het eind van de week hadden ze uren \u201cweggelekt\u201d die niet te factureren waren. Cashflow lekte stilletjes weg, en iedereen voelde irritatie. Kun je niet? App NU, anders rekenen we hem door.\u201d Dat was het. Kort, duidelijk, menselijk, maar ook zakelijk. Daarnaast werd intern afgesproken: wie 10+ minuten te laat komt zonder bericht, krijgt geen volledige behandeling maar een korte check en nieuwe afspraak. Daarna merkten diezelfde klanten dat de fouten wegvielen en leveringen voorspelbaarder werden. Intern daalde de stress enorm. Les: discipline richting de klant voelt ongemakkelijk (\u201cik vraag iets terug\u201d), maar het levert professionaliteit \u00e9n betere klantwaarde op. Je kunt niet schaalbaar zijn als iedereen zijn eigen manier mag afdwingen.
