Waarde ging verloren. En na afloop gebeurde er intern bij de klant niks met de training. Geen zin = training gaat niet door. 2) Achteraf: 2 weken na de sessie is er een korte terugbelcall met die leidinggevende: zie je verschil, ja of nee? Maar de klanten die bleven, zagen daadwerkelijk effect en verlengden vaker. Intern voelde het team zich eindelijk serieus genomen: \u201cWij doen dit niet voor de show, maar voor gedrag in de praktijk.\u201d Les: discipline is ook durven eisen wat er nodig is om resultaat te halen. Kwaliteit afdwingen hoort \u00f3\u00f3k bij gezonde groei.
