Leuk voor marketing, lastig voor schaal. Alle afspraken waren ad hoc. Agenda vol, hoofd vol, geen ruimte voor nieuwe klanten. Freelancers werden soms ingevlogen, maar zonder vast format. Kwaliteit wisselde. Elke maand heeft een vaste deliverable en een vast gesprek met het hele MT van de klant. Dat ritme kregen ook de freelancers, inclusief checklist per sessie (\u201cwelke blokkades zijn genoemd? wie pakt? wat stoppen we?\u201d). Klanten begrepen beter wat ze kochten (\u201cwe zitten nu in maand 2, keuzes maken\u201d). Les: discipline is ook je propositie operationaliseren. Als jouw waarde afhankelijk is van jouw aanwezigheid, kun je niet groeien.
