Go-to persoon voor alles. Hij vond dat stoer (\u201cik ben betrokken\u201d), maar het team vond het verstikkend. Niemand durfde beslissingen zelfstandig door te voeren. Alles werd vertraagd. Letterlijk. Hij koos drie overlegmomenten per week waar hij w\u00e9l aanwezig zou zijn (maandag commercieel, woensdag product, vrijdag finance\/cashflow). Alle andere meetings gingen door zonder hem. Teams moesten zelf besluiten nemen en die besluiten alleen nog melden in Slack volgens een vast format: beslissing \/ waarom \/ risico \/ wanneer live. Hij hield zich stil. Na een maand liep de organisatie sneller, mensen namen eigenaarschap, en hij kreeg eindelijk tijd voor partnerships en fundinggesprekken. Les: discipline is \u00f3\u00f3k de discipline om als ondernemer n\u00edet overal tussen te springen. Groei vraagt dat jij stopt met micromanagen en start met vertrouwen op structuur, rollen en ritme. Dat voelt eng.
