De voorman moest elke ochtend v\u00f3\u00f3r 08.00 die status bijwerken en de ontbrekende onderdelen rood markeren. De ploegleiders kregen meer grip en de vader kon eindelijk zien waar het vastliep zonder overal fysiek te hoeven staan. Les: een systeem hoeft niet meteen digitaal groot te zijn. Zichtbaarheid, vaste statusdefinities en dagelijkse discipline vormen al een proces.
