Niemand legde vast wat wel\/niet inbegrepen was. Aan het eind discussie. Klant: \u201cDat zat toch bij de prijs?\u201d Team: \u201cNee, dit was extra.\u201d Dat vrat marge, tijd en vertrouwen. Iedere afwijking tijdens de klus ging eerst op een kort meerwerkformulier: wat is de wijziging, waarom, hoeveel uur extra, akkoord ja\/nee. Geen handtekening van de klant = niet uitvoeren. Maar er waren v\u00e9\u00e9l minder eindfactuurruzies. Intern werd het gesprek ook eerlijker: \u201cDit kost extra uren, wil je dat of niet?\u201d Les: systeem = afspraken zichtbaar maken v\u00f3\u00f3rdat het pijn doet. Niet achteraf verdedigen.
