De avond van tevoren werd die kist klaargezet met materiaal, handleidingen, opleverformulieren. De voorman zette de kist klaar op naam van de monteur. De monteur checkt \u2019s ochtends alleen nog: klopt de inhoud en is de klant bereikbaar. Minder \u201coeps, heb je die koppeling meegenomen?\u201d. Monteurs klaagden eerst (\u201cmicromanagement\u201d), maar daarna waren ze blij dat ze niet meer zelf alles hoefden uit te zoeken. Les: processen v\u00f3\u00f3rdat je weggaat zijn goedkoper dan brandjes achteraf.
