Facturatie liep dan achter, compliance ook. Soms mocht iemand volgens de cao niet eens zo snel beginnen. Dat is juridisch en financieel risico. Iedereen rende. Geen 5\/5 = geen toezegging \u201cmorgen starten\u201d. Punt. Maar in de praktijk bespaarde dit drama: minder terugtrekkers op het laatste moment, minder gezeik achteraf over geld. En: sneller factureren omdat alles direct compleet was. Les: een proces is \u00f3\u00f3k bescherming van je cashflow en je reputatie. Snelheid zonder zekerheid is geen groei.
