Word-docs, losse mailtjes, screenshots van oude sites. Daardoor besteedde het team uren aan zoeken, knippen, kopi\u00ebren. Niemand factureerde die rommeluren. Geen kit = we beginnen niet. Ze stelden ook een \u201ccontent-deadline\u201d v\u00f3\u00f3r bouwstart. Halen ze die niet? Maar klanten begrepen het sneller dan verwacht (\u201cok\u00e9, duidelijk, dit moeten we dus even regelen\u201d). Intern daalde de verloren tijd. De eigenaar kreeg weer marge per project en minder frustratie. Les: processen zijn grenzen die je consequent communiceert.
