Elke routewijziging kwam voortaan via een korte code in \u00e9\u00e9n centraal kanaal (bijv. \u201cStop 3 ruilen met stop 6, nieuwe volgorde is X\u201d). Chauffeurs mochten niet meer \u201ceven apart\u201d via priv\u00e9-appje iets aannemen, ook niet als de klant belt. Daarna zakte de ruis. Chauffeurs reden rustiger en fouten gingen omlaag. Les: een proces voelt in het begin minder flexibel, maar het maakt je betrouwbaarder. Betrouwbaarheid is wat je verkoopt.
