De tweede zaak draaide rommelig als hij er niet was. Hij zei steeds: \u201cHet team daar mist discipline.\u201d Maar wat ontbrak, was een systeem voor dagelijkse overdracht. En hij durfde voor het eerst serieus te praten over locatie 3. Les: processen zijn overdraagbare geheugen. Als je geheugen alleen in jouw hoofd zit, ben jij het systeem. Dan kun je niet opschalen.
