Monteurs klaagden dat projectleiders \u201cgeen idee hebben hoe het echt werkt op locatie\u201d. De eigenaar zat ertussen en loste alles persoonlijk op. De samenwerking stond op knappen. Dit was geen inhoudelijk probleem. Die kluskapitein mocht zeggen wat wel\/niet kon qua planning en meerwerk, maar was \u00f3\u00f3k verantwoordelijk voor terugkoppeling naar de projectleider elke dag om 16.00. Dat dagelijkse belmoment werd verplicht (desnoods in de bus terug). Projectleiders mochten daarna n\u00edet meer op eigen houtje afspraken met de klant wijzigen buiten de kapitein om.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:30px;width:100%;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single sep-solid\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;--awb-sep-color:var(--awb-custom_color_10);border-color:var(--awb-custom_color_10);border-top-width:1px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-bottom:5px;--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:15px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:30;line-height:var(--awb-typography2-line-height);\">Resultaat &amp; Les<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p>In het begin weerstand (\u201cmoet ik nou \u00e9lke dag bellen?\u201d). Maar het aantal misverstanden zakte. Monteurs voelden: \u201cIk word serieus genomen als eerste lijn.\u201d Projectleiders voelden: \u201cIk word niet meer verrast door de klant met dingen die ik niet wist.\u201d Les: team bouw je niet met een vrijdagmiddagborrel. Team bouw je door eigenaarschap duidelijk en wederzijds te maken.
