Dossiers stonden verspreid. Klanten kregen soms tegenstrijdige adviezen van twee verschillende adviseurs. Dat raakt geloofwaardigheid direct. Intern werd dat zichtbaar in een gedeelde lijst. Die primair verantwoordelijke moest ook zorgen dat collega\u2019s dezelfde lijn communiceren (\u201cwe zeggen allemaal dit\u201d). De directie kondigde dit naar klanten ook expliciet aan: \u201cJouw vaste aanspreekpunt = Chantal. Intern kwam er rust omdat collega\u2019s niet meer elkaars werk zaten te overrulen. Les: teamkracht zit vaak niet in \u201cwe doen dit met z\u2019n allen\u201d, maar juist in \u201cdeze persoon is jouw vaste mens, wij ondersteunen dat\u201d.
