De backoffice daarna met de ellende (contract niet rond, beschikbaarheid onduidelijk, tarief niet afgestemd). De backoffice voelde zich afvalbak en begon passief\/agressief gedrag te vertonen (\u201czoek het lekker zelf uit dan\u201d). Accountmanagers mochten niet meer \u201ceen beetje vooruit verkopen\u201d zonder dat. Daarna merkten ze: minder terugtrekkers, minder boze klanten, minder nacht- en weekendpaniek. Backoffice voelde zich eindelijk serieus als partner, niet als puinruimer. Les: teamgedrag verandert pas als je duidelijke spelregels hebt \u00e9n mensen rugdekking geeft om ze te bewaken.
