Vooral studenten bleven maar kort. \u201cJongeren willen niet werken,\u201d zei de eigenaar. Maar als iemand binnenkwam, kreeg hij\/zij totaal geen uitleg. Geen waarom, geen trots, alleen \u201chier is de bar, succes\u201d. Nieuwe mensen kregen geen rondleiding in termen van techniek (\u201chier staan de glazen\u201d), maar in termen van bedoeling: \u201cDit is waarom gasten hier terugkomen. Dit is waar we echt allergisch voor zijn. Ze voelden sneller: \u201cIk hoor hier een beetje bij.\u201d Les: talent aantrekken is marketing. Talent houden is onboarding.
