Locatie 2 was wisselend, vooral qua gastbeleving (\u201cze kijken hier niet echt naar je om\u201d). De eigenaar gaf de schuld aan \u201cslechte mensen daar\u201d. Maar team 2 had nooit gehoord wat \u201cgoed\u201d eigenlijk betekende behalve \u201csnel uitserveren\u201d. De eigenaar hoefde minder fysiek aanwezig te zijn om de cultuur te bewaken. Les: team en talent zijn niet alleen \u201cgoeie mensen vinden\u201d. Het is jouw standaarden voor beleving vertalen naar gedrag dat iedereen kan leren en elkaar op kan aanspreken. Cultuur wordt pas echt als hij uit te leggen is.
