E\u00e9n ding: vaste dagupdate. Elke klus kreeg \u00e9\u00e9n aanspreekpunt die einde dag drie punten appt aan de klant (wat is gedaan, wat viel tegen, wat gebeurt morgen). Niet meer, niet minder. Geen Poetin-achtige speeches, geen marketingverhalen. De eigenaar zei: \u201cD\u00edt is het dus. Dit bedoel ik met zorgeloos.\u201d En ineens werd die droom niet meer iets zweverigs, maar iets meetbaars: krijgt de klant elke dag voorspelbaarheid, ja of nee?
