Dus iedereen brandde op. De founder bedoelde eigenlijk iets anders: hij droomde ervan om eindelijk rust en voorspelbaarheid te brengen in een chaotische sector. Maar dat had hij nooit uitgesproken. Hij riep alleen: \u201cmarktleider worden\u201d. Ik wil dat onze klanten nooit meer paniek hoeven te hebben op maandagochtend. D\u00e1\u00e1rvoor doen we dit.\u201d En hij maakte daar keuzes bij: roadmap werd gehalveerd. In plaats van tien halfbakken features per kwartaal kozen ze voor drie die \u00e9cht betrouwbaarheid verhogen. Les: als je alleen \u201cgroei\u201d of \u201cmarktleider\u201d roept, ben je niet bezig met visie, maar met ambitie. Visie is waarom dat ertoe doet. Zodra je het waarom zegt, kunnen mensen zich eraan verbinden.
